Qscan use to be really good with reliable, consistent reports. Now that it has linked-in with NorthCoast Radiology you can expect a much lower standard with extremely rude, arrogant receptionists, inconsistent reports - which miss the obvious, and a very slow appointment notification turnover time for MRI appointments.
In fact, you'll be asked to send an email with the referral attached, which they check only in the afternoon (?if they think of it?), so you either never hear back or by the time you do you have been able to obtain an appointment elsewhere - even if you do have to drive an hour, where you will be bulk billed.
