The medical staff were excellent, but I was disappointed by the admin staff / booking system.
I booked my appointment 7 days in advance (the first I could get), which required me to upload my request form. Because the admin staff didn't read the form until just before I got there, I am now out of pocket $275, and almost missed the appointment I had booked and taken time off work to get to
When I arrived, I was told that because it was more than 7 days between getting 1 service on the form at a different provider and now, that medicare would no longer cover the procedure and I was out of luck. I was finally able to beg to just pay the money out of pocket (as it was time critical)
If the admin staff had looked at the forms they made me upload in order to book within 6 days of me uploading them instead of waiting just before I turned up, they could have advised me of this, and I could have possibly rebooked elsewhere and saved a lot of money
