I was here for my ultrasound. From the beginning I was welcomed and I was made aware of gap fee when I made the appointment. I was asked to come in at 10:35 am for a 10:50 am scan. I was called in at around 10:55 am. Parking was an issue but it was because of some construction work going on.
The lovely lady who escorted me was very welcoming. She patiently explained the process to me. I was not aware that there was goin to be invasive scan too. She apologized about it and still explained me the process and why it was needed and my options. She treated me respectfully and was talking to me throughout the way. I got my results the next day.
