Previously attended PRC with no issues. But last week had a very disappointing experience. So bad I had to lodge a formal complaint regarding hygiene and staff conduct including inappropriate handling of my child. To top it off the x-rays were performed to a poor quality and our doctor couldn't get a good look at our daughters hips and give us an accurate result. Will go elsewhere from now on.
Business model needs tweeking! Tried booking for a scan a month ago. Three attempts online and then 4 attempts asking for a call back. Gave up and went elsewhere. Latest effort was yesterday. Walked in for a simple xray and handed over my referal. Was asked to sit down and I would be called through "shortly". After an hour I went to the counter to enquire what was going on and found that I hadn't been put in the queue. Staff were great sorting it and I was found on the computer "in limbo" and was taken straight in for my xray.
Judging by the other recent reviews there are problems with their business practices that need sorting out! I will refuse a referral to PRC in future from my GP.
