I can highly recommend the PAX Centre who have provided me with excellent, holistic support while being treated for PTSD.
The admin staff are warm, friendly and welcoming and the nature inspired waiting rooms are a calming place to wait for appointments.
It is a safe space for processing trauma and they offer a wide variety of therapies which has allowed me to work with practitioners who are matched to my specific needs and stage of healing.
As well as being deeply knowledgeable and highly skilled at working with PTSD, they also respect my choices and empower me to be involved in decisions about my treatment.
