A really bad experience at surgical house I put in an order on Saturday morning and I put that it is urgent and I'll pick it up on Monday after 1pm. I turned up to get the pads for my husband suddenly this tart wearing glasses (Adolf Hitler)asked me who did the order and I said I did then she said don't do the order on the weekend because you have jumped the queue and that's not fair to the others who ordered on Friday. I said we didn't have any money and we didn't have any pads.she said that doesn't matter we are a business. I said you like to profit out of people and my husband is a veteran who is nothappy with the treatment we have got from surgical house. She said we don't look after people like that . Surgical house you need to get rid of people like this in customer service. You will lose your good customers because of Adolf Hitler. I've reported this incident and I've reported it to our aged care provider and they are not impressed with the treatment that I have received.
