About Christopher's Memorial
Christopher Cassaniti was killed on the 1st of April after a Scaffold Collapsed on him nearby. This memorial is there to commemorate him thanks to the City of Ryde Council. His parents Robert and Patrizia have been safety advocates ever since with Let's Talk about Safety pty ltd and also have a Foundation called Touched by Christopher Ltd in his honour.
His death rocked the construction industry and has left a safety legacy behind. His mum Patrizia is also lobbying for Industrial Manslaughter to be introduced in NSW for the safety of all workers, because no Australian worker should ever go to work and die.
