Wedgetail Brewing is an independently owned craft micro-brewery situated on a private block in the trees of Bouvard, sandwiched between the Peel Estuary and the Ocean. We are a production Brewery only, brewing traditionally styled, wholesome and tasty beers and lagers in kegs and cans. There is no bar, restaurant or cellar door on site, so please check out our Facebook site for the latest information on where you can get your hands on our beer.
