Inspired by owner Graeme Moses’ Lebanese heritage Maestro tapas/mezze menu - created by Head Chef Ben El Fahim who hails from Morocco - brings flavours from across the Middle East together in a unique fusion that will have your mouth-watering.
Ranked Number One in Manly on Trip Advisor since October 2017 less than two years after opening we are very proud of our food and service offering and our authentic inspiration.
And we have plenty of tasty gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options that are key items on our menu not just an after thought.
