Store was clean, neat and well organised. Welcoming cold and forceful air conditioning was enjoyable during my 15 minute wait for the ready-prepared whole chicken which was ready to go. Staff prioritised basting ribs and making sauce over serving customers (even myself who'd already paid but forced to wait so long for chicken to simply be bagged).
Spicy charcoal chicken had a strange texture to the meat like it had been boiled and very much overdone. No charcoal flavour at all.
Very disappointing. A BBQ chook from the supermarket is sadly much better.
