Kate's sessions on Hypnobirthing have empowered me to trust my natural instincts mindfully with regards to childbirth. Her many years of midwifery experience are an excellent resource and she shares this generously. Our class felt safe to ask a broad range of questions, which Kate supported wholeheartedly. This only made the learning environment even more supportive to share curiosities, lived experiences, hopes and fears and more. I am sad the sessions had to end! I am so grateful for Kate's support in any 1-on-1 questions I had and I will very much be looking to Kate should I need a lactation consultant in the near future.
