We met the team at Motum for the first time in 2019 when trialling wheelchairs. The whole team have been fantastic. Not only are they welcoming and friendly, they are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their craft. I can't fault the attention to detail, accommodation of a ton of requests and trials, and not to mention the fantastic post delivery service. They've helped on many occasions to troubleshoot issues, thinking outside of the box and coming up with solutions for us, rather than just saying no and offering a stock standard option. I haven't received this level of customer service from any other disability equipment provider in Perth.
Had a really nice experience with Sarah from Motum on two face to face occasions and several emails. Always easy to talk to and very accommodating to meet our needs as we live in remote WA and travel down for my daughter with special needs.
