I had the pleasure of working with Jovin on our model for the development East & Co. in East Victoria Park. Jovin was really helpful with ideas for the model and working to our budget to ensure that we got the message across to the prospective buyers.
The model does what renders and plans cannot; it gives us a great platform for communicating our designs and ideas. Most of the time with prospective buyers is spent in discussions around the model.
With 39 townhouses and 32 apartments across a sloping site and next to a school and park, Jovin showed great accuracy in his understanding and in his knowledge of various software to allow us to get the model spot on. We also managed to implement a few required changes made by council at the last minute with clever problem solving from Jovin.
