Service was not too bad but the outcome of the headstone was the opposite of what we ask for which was very disappointing the family place their trust in Cairns monumental only to be let down wasted alot of money for a medium to large headstone end up with a small size headstone never again we were led to believe they can provide the support this experience left the family outrage how can someone take advantage of people who lost their love one not realise that an headstone is a special tribute from families to remember their love one we were reaped of honesty, compassion and understanding lastly there was no empathy for families as long as Cairns monumental took our money that's all matter to them...let's hope in future the services can improve otherwise more vulnerable families are going to be left traumatized being reaped off..in the end we forgive but will not forget...
