Found Leena through a random google search after having such a bad experience with previous Broker, and I must say, we did hit the jackpot. We were literally advised by previous Broker to cancel and abort our building project of more than 15 months as they think we would not get any bank to lend to us just because my wife had an unfortunate event which made her quit her permanent role for a casual job. We were about to give up and decided to try elsewhere. Not only did Leena get us an "impossible" full finance approval in less than 2 months, it was also a deal that wowed us. Leena's professionalism is top class and she is truly dedicated to bringing smiles to her client's face. During our first meeting with her, she said these words "I need you to focus and believe that we can make this work. It might be difficult but I believe it is achievable and I will do everything in my power to help you achieve your goals". Other brokers need to learn from her. She is honest, trustworthy, unbiased and act in your best interests. Although we have had a very stressful pre-construction experience due to our previous broker and land vendor's incompetence, leena has made the experience rewarding.
