I just wanted to take a few moments to publicly thank Jake Biddle and his team for their phenomenal efforts in sorting out the refinancing of my home and investment property. Jake went above and beyond to keep me updated, provide me with information and worked tirelessly to ensure my refinances went through smoothly. Chris DiBlasi and the Saint Finance team were incredible through my house purchase process. I was a first home buyer, so their experience and knowledge was hugely valuable to me and they took the time to explain the process and I really felt that my concerns and needs were their main concern. They remained flexible and agile through the long process, which included 3 offer and acceptance contracts and various forms of required mortgaging/finance. There were multiple issues (from the seller's side) and Chris was calm and professional throughout. This also meant that for roughly a year, Saint Finance did not get paid, as no settlement went through until recently. However, they still were going out of their way to ensure I was being looked after and felt comfortable. Highly recommend and have already referred personal friends to Saint Finance who have also had very positive experiences. Thanks again team!
