Very professional company, communication was great and overall a very worthwhile experience.
Gentleman providing information was professional and appeared to know what he was talking about. Paid $95 for an assessment on our position, which was sold to us as through us supposedly winning a competition for a loan interest calculator. Provided document was light on and riddled with errors and we were not provided with any meaningful recommendations or insights. If the company could not give us a benefit we were suppose to receive a refund, but weren't offered one and I couldn't be bothered pushing the point, its only $95 and their time would have cost them more. Other information provided was a property report, which any real estate agent gives you for free and a copy of the title of our house. No FSG was provided. I think the purpose is purely to see if you have additional capital or surplus funds available and then they recommend property investment. I don't believe they are a con, but I also don't believe they provide any real benefit, except for themselves to identify potential opportunities for property investments. I wouldn't waste your $95 and instead think just put that money on your home loan or other loans.
