We recently deal with Richard , he was very unprofessional.
I will not recommend him at all as you can not risk you property to someone who doesn’t know how to communicate with people in position of realestate agent. Absolutely can’t trust him.

I never write reviews but I have worn other people. Very unprofessional, Richard gave my personal contact details to owner to directly contact me. It’s the agents job to deal with issues, then had people with no notice turn up at my rental with no notice twice! Tenants rights need to have written notice of 24 hours. Still waiting for my bond 2 weeks after moving out and leaving the place in spotless condition. Wants to complain over grass dying even though it was watered on retic set by owner . It’s been the hottest summer on record what do expect when you can only water on allocated days! Forgot to send me a water bill for 12 months and expects it paid in one lump sum almost $1000! This is only a few examples Worst rental experience !
