Steven and his team at Time2Refinance are amazing! I have deferred refinancing for a long time now because I was dreading the slow and complicated process. I finally took the plunge, after a family member talked me into it, and I emailed Steven and his team. Despite it being Christmas and the busiest time of the year I received a phone call within 24hrs and the ball was rolling. Steven first called me on a Saturday which shows his commitment to his customers and we had made a lot of progress over the phone which meant I would have to spend less time away from home at his office. On Monday I had my appointment and my application was almost complete pending a few documents from my end. I was very impressed with how simple and fast Time2Refinance made the whole process. Steven and his team managed to complete the entire application and have it lodged before the Christmas closure and as soon as the banks reopened in the new year the application was approved. I couldn't be happier and I would not even consider going to someone else the next time I want to refinance.
