We booked in for one night during the York Festival, and although we got off to a rough start, our problems were soon sorted out by the lovely Owner/Operator Kerry. The room was neat & tidy, and provided almost everything we needed. It was also very conveniently located in the heart of York, just off the main road Avon Terrace. It had a small balcony with a comfortable love seat, and the bonus was that it had a bathtub for my partner. It was very good value for the money. We would stay again.
