The customer service was excellent. Fredy explained everything about scooters to us, and gave us a great price. He made recommendations on riding instructors and transport options. I had never been in the Ace Scooters store until
I saw an advert for a SWM Silver Vase , so I traveled 40 mins from my home and spoke to Freddie about the bike on the showroom floor he offered me a test ride on the Demo and after a test I was very much wanting to buy the second last Silver Vase left in stock .. Freddie was just so easy to deal with offered me a deal on the white bike like the old saying “ an offer I can’t refuse “ so we shook hands and a couple of days later I had my new bike .. I have had the bike serviced at the Shop and again Very Happy with the service from Peter and his mechanics.. So I Happily give my Recommendation to Ace Scooters Balcatta well worth the drive no matter where you live .. Sincerely Morry Cantarella
