About Maitland Steam & Antique Machinery Association
The Club was formed in 2008 by a group of Steam and antique Machinery enthusiasts to restore, maintain and run Steam and Antique Machinery, and to run an annual Rally during Hunter Valley Steamfest in Maitland NSW during the Month of April each year.
The purpose of the Club is to provide an opportunity for enthusiasts, collectors & interested people to gather in the pursuance of common interests regardless of whether or not they own Steam or Antique Machinery.
The Club has progressed to the management of, and catering for various community events held at Maitland Rally Ground throughout the year including Postie Bike Nationals, Maitland Heritage Motor and Steam Fair, Wine Country Swap Meet & Motor Show and others.
