About Gilberts Motor Museum Strathalbyn
Gilbert's Garage was open for 116 years on this location. So when it closed it's history was too good to throw away. Volunteers, working under the Strathalbyn Tourism Association came together to create a truely remarkable museum. Unique exhibits, combine with more common memories. Our Patron, Glen Dix OAM, has donated a large portion of his personal collection of memorabilia, , so is stored in the "Adelaide Alive" room, along with the unique Adelaide F1 Model, originally built in 1985, and lovingly restored. You will find something here for you all to enjoy.
