Placed a click and collect order online, same day I received an email stating my order was ready for pick up. 2 days later, store phoned me and said items in my order have been out of stock for weeks and it's atleast 2 weeks until they get them in stock again. Won't be shopping with Buzz Music Cairns again.
*NO STARS.!*
Went in the other day to buy some items after being "Recommended" by other Local Musicians & was very offended, to find the "Staff" to be so Rude & Abusive. Uncalled for. Very Disgusted, no one should be treated like that. 1 x member in Particular, Should be Ashamed.!
Very disappointed.! Shocked.!
As a Local Business Owner, I Tried to contact Owner to inform them of the treatment my Wife & I received, as a Courtesy but nearly a week later, still no Reply.! Very Slack.! Advertise they care but obviously they don't.? Oh well, Other Music shops to go to that appreciate you shopping there.
