Natural sheoak (casuarina) woodland wedged between sand-dunes on the western side and Chapman Road on the East. It is a long and relatively narrow strip laying North-South. This area is linked to the Dolby Creek water system with much of the soil being clay. When wet the area gets very muddy. There are lots of tracks in the woodland and this is a popular area for bushwalking and riding bikes, horses and trailbikes.
