Where do I start? After being referred to Michelle from a friend I decided to bite the bullet and address my needs. As busy parents we sometimes forget to look after ourselves. I contacted Michelle and felt an instant connection and the power to succeed. I needed to address many of personal health issues. My sleep patterns were basically non existent (4 hours on a good night!) With being sleep deprived you learn to just cope. I needed help with anxiety, food choices, weight loss and general well-being. Michelle addressed one problem at a time. My sleep patterns have now increased to 7-8 hours a night, my anxiety levels are doable..... My food choices have been questioned and proven to be a problem. Under the watchful eye of both naturopath and dietician my food intolerences have been addressed which have helped me lose weight! So all in all I'm a happy camper. I have introduced both my teenage daughter's to Michelle and have seen a great level of support for them both. I have also introduced my hubby to the team at Innate Health. So all in all a happy family. We have used the infared sauna on a regular basis for both general well-being, sports recovery and even in the assistance of weight loss! Kate has pampered us with her beautiful skin care products whilst Naho is a massage queen. (I'm a serial offender!) Fiona is a pleasure to deal with in person and over the phone or in most cases for me email! In all I have nothing but high praise for the Innate team on every level. I look forward to my visits!
