Kirsty is perfection. She is full of empathy and a good conversationalist. Her approach to health is practical and sensible, while she encourages good and healthy habits, she doesn’t cast judgement if we have weak moments. I first came to Kirsty to help with my SIBO and we got amazing results in such a short amount of time. It’s like going to see a friend who patiently listens to all the TMI confessions, and instead of leaving with oversharing remorse I leave with remedies.
