8 weeks ago my friend fell over and was carried out by a bouncer, turns out she had broken her ankle. They gave her water No first Aid was given, she was going in and out of consciousness due to shock. I asked another bouncer who the first Aid personal is and where could I find them, the bouncer didn't have a clue and was totally useless.
Being a respectful person I let the bouncers at the front entrance know an Ambulance was on its way, they questioned our decision and suggested we put her in a taxi and take her to the hospital. If a well built bouncer had difficulty bringing her downstairs while she was crying out in agony, what makes you think a group of young girls would have the ability.
8 weeks after the incident and I've been denied entry with no explanation. The bouncers are rude and arrogant, they do nothing but start trouble. The staff need a lesson in customer service and don't seem to care for their jobs. They will ignore your requests to speak to someone higher.
Safe to say we wont be returning again !
