Not happy at all. I asked them to give the reference letter for my visa purposes which they never did. I used to call them everyday for a month or so and every time I was told that I will receive it in next couple of hours, which never happened and resulted in delay with my visa process.
My name was never confirmed with the hospitals before my shifts and I usually had to wait for 20 minutes before I start my shift for them to confirm which ward I was working in. At times hospitals didn’t require anymore staff but still they had to push me.
Medstaff canceled so many shifts at the last moment or will change the venue without even asking you. The agency staff is not at all helpful. There are plenty of other agencies out there who value you and will treat you better.
