Always keep on cancelling the shifts. I fail to understand how their allocation process is done as for some of the employees they always have shifts and for others we have to call multiple times a day to get a single shift for next week. And some of the staff is so ridiculous that they’ll just pickup the call and tell that they have no shifts available at all even if its for a week after the present one and that too without even asking what shifts we are looking for ( eg the timing of shifts or the position i.e. RN, carer, Ains). All this is really giving me so much stress that I have decided to give up on HCA. They really need to be fair with all the employees!
