Clear information and a lot of support. Paul was really helpful at explaining ideas such as replacing bad foods for better alternatives and helping me to address some areas where I thought that I might have some sensitivities. I felt really comfortable talking with him about weight issues and felt like I was treated with a lot of respect and kindness.
Be cautious of what they claim they assist with on the their website. Ended up paying a full consultation and being referred on within 10 mins of the second consultation. Practitioner lacked empathy and appeared disinterested in assisting with a more complex case. Left worse then when I went in.
