My mum had an appointment booked for today (this afternoon) and has been trying to call since yesterday morning, she even emailed them direct. She ended up on the phone for 30 minutes last night before they ticked over to ‘we’re closed’ so she left a message advising she wouldn’t be in. Funny but a phone call still came through today to say that she’d missed her appointment. Yet she tried to call straight back and again straight back to voicemail.
Wouldn’t recommend these guys purely based on their customer service!
Can only say good things about my experience here. I had a crushed finger that required surgery. The procedure was carried out in such a way as to put me at ease. Subsequent check ups with the nurses never felt rushed. The hand therapy team, particularly Claire and Kristie, did a great job of helping me regain proper function.
