From start to finish this place has no idea about patient care or customer service. I needed a referral letter to my orthopaedic surgeon after suffering an Achilles’ tendon rupture. I booked an appointment to only be told by the doctor that he could not refer me as I was not a worker's compensation case. So basically I was discriminated against because I have private health care. The doctor in question made it very clear that it would be an inconvenience for him to write the referral as he would have to follow up my post surgical case, something he made very clear that he pretty much could not be bothered with due to the complications involved. Avoid this surgery at all costs, it was very much a disorganised circus!!
