For the few days I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone at the Cannington store (Perth WA) it rings out. I've been trying to get some info on my package. It's been 10 days already. When I went in the other day, the staff weren't helpful at all and weren't professional. When I asked to speak to a manager I got the run around and the young guy on the door was rude and didn't want to help me. Very disappointed. It won't let me post unless I give a rating, it would be no stars.
