Really need to stop wasting their money on advertising and invest that into improving customer service and bloody answering their phones. Their printing service in hopeless. Put in an order for 3 pictures, got told it was 40 min wait and was told they would text me when it was done. Waited for 1 hour and never got a text. Went back in the store to find out what was happening and was told the printer had broken. None of the staff thought about texting those with orders waiting that their order wouldn’t be ready today. Got told it would be fixed tomorrow morning. Still haven’t received a text and call with completion or at least status update. Tried to call multiple times and no answer. Bloody pathetic. Will never go to them for printing services again.
