Four times in a row now COS have stuffed up my order. They've sent my package to the wrong state twice, to two different addresses; they've sent the wrong item (still haven't received a credit or the correct item almost a year later), and now my current order is marked as picked and delivered when I've now been told there was never even any in the warehouse.
I can't imagine any other ways that COS could be any more incompetent than they've already proved to be, how they could be a bigger waste of my time, and I certainly can't imagine that their deep-rooted issues are going to be fixed any time soon.
This is beyond a joke.
They have such friendly staff, offer next day delivery and have a wide range of resources and products! Their website is simple to use and navigate. You can find anything you need by using the search tool rather than navigating through the categories. Their products are reasonably priced and offer discounts when buying bulk orders.
