Would give Zero stars. So disappointed! Placed my order on the 3rd of Feb. Was advised on the 14th of Feb that everything from my order was shipped. Rang COS on the 26th to find out it was never shipped. 1 item is still on back order. Customer representative promised I will receive most of my order today on the 28th of Feb. Nothing arrived today, so I gave them a call again to find out that order is shipped from Sydney by road and it will take another week plus. However on Wed i was told it's coming from a local warehouse. One of the most important items from my order now missing and not even registered under my name, even though I paid for it nearly a month ago. My daughter is missing out on important items at school. Will never shop at this company ever again!
