Ordered a pair of glasses and they were delivered quickly, but, I had a small issue where the glasses had the wrong strengh. After a quick phone call this was sorted out immediately and efficiently. Excellent customer service!
Ordered 3 pairs which happened to be on sale but one was the wrong density - no problem - Sandy Pitt immediately sent another pair and I have donated the other one to charity - great glasses, great customer service - l would rather buy 6 pairs of these glasses (and I have) to spread around home and work rather than one expensive pair which honestly l can't tell the difference between.
