I normally avoid leaving negative feedback but I just had a really terrible experience with this company and want to warn other customers. On 30 November 2019, I visited Crystal Vision in Carousel to buy 3 boxes of contact lenses, 12 ea per box. I showed an empty box of what I wanted to buy to the Sales Manager Mike Yiu, placed the order and paid $180 ($160 HBF money and $20 cash).
I was very much surprised when I arrived to pick up my order two weeks later, as I was offered 3 boxes of 6 ea (instead of 3x12). The same Manager Mike Yiu insisted that this was what I ordered, however refused to show the copy of my receipt (was not provided on the day of purchase). In response to my reply that I would never buy a small box of 6 for $60 whereas Specsavers sell them for $37 ($31 if purchased online), he just said good buy. I had to cancel my order. What a waste of time!
Definitely would not recommend this dodgy company to anyone.
