I have been a patient of Dr Mele for 14 years he diagnosed me with glaucoma and macular and under his care and treatment only now I have slight changes with my macular. I had cataracts removed and only need glasses for reading. My glaucoma is well controlled and does not cause me any problems

I rang at 4:30 pm the first time and phone was busy for the whole half hour before closing. I thought they'd probably gone home early and left it busy on purpose. I rang the next day and the receptionist was not informed, didn't engage, couldn't care less if I made an appointment or not, and gave me no information on how the consults and exams would proceed or cost. So I rang other ophthalmologist offices and had the entire consult test and operation procedure and costs explained by the receptionist. The difference was thus office had appointments the following week while all the offices with attentive receptionists had 2 month waiting lists. Makes you wonder. Didn't make an appointment. If you don't care I don't care. I'll go elsewhere thanks.
