2022 UPDATE my local GP suggested I see an Optometrist again and Johnny Wu came up. I told him about the horrendous wait time. He told me that it has NOT improved.
Johnny maybe a good doctor but Absolutely terrible appointment scheduling. I arrive 1:35pm, 10 minutes before my appoinment, and there are 4 people already waiting. 15 minutes later he walks in the door, people have been waiting! I have to collect kids from school and an appointment at 1:45pm should mean I leave in plenty of time to make the school by 3pm... it's about 15 minutes away. I had complain the get moved up the order. Made the school with 5 minutes to spare.
