Very good customer service, the staff are really friendly and helpful. All optometrists I've seen there for tests seemed competent and informative.
I've had two pairs of glasses via Port Adelaide Eyewear and have been pleased with the price, quality and fit of both pairs.

Rang up and was able to be booked in the same day within a few hours for an eye test, the eye test was free through Medicare, I received 1/2 price off my frames, and the glasses were ready 2 days later in the morning of the 2nd day!
I came to pick them up right as they were closing and they even re-opened the shop for me to pick them up!
The receptionist, team member and optometrist were all super nice and had great personalities!
I would highly recommend this optometrist to anyone, it really was one of the best experiences as a customer that I've had! :)
