Outstanding service provided by Sonal and her team! I accidentally broke my glasses and were unusable. I’m short sighted and needed new glasses urgently, as had a family trip planned down south. I called Tues morning, explained my situation, that I needed new glasses for driving on Friday morning. Sonal bent over backwards, fitting me in within the hour to pick new frames and have new lenses made/fitted. I’ve always struggled to find frames that suit me and Sonal’s expertise and advice in this area was second to none, the best experience I’ve ever had choosing frames. In addition to this, Sonal went above and beyond, having my glasses completed within a matter of hours, I collected that same day! I also chose new Sunglasses (beautiful handmade in Italy - love them!) with prescription lenses. This would normally take well over a week, however Sonal performed the impossible and had these ready for collection by Thursday afternoon! Thank you Sonal, Sue and all the team for your help. Without it, I wasn’t going to be able to drive my family down south. Highly recommend Eye C Optometry!
