For the past few years I have been having my eyes tested with Phil in Subiaco, I can say the test was never rushed and always to the highest standard. I have always received courteous service from Phil and all the ladies - In so far that I have just received new Masanunga frames and lenses - Regrettfully I tripped over1 day after receiving them, (The fault of my laces) and scratched the left lens hideously - Obviously upset I returned to the store and left the spectacles for repair - The staff showed great empathy and I have just been informed that the cost of replacing my lens will hardly cost me anything - Thanks Phil - You deserve the five stars for excellence in eye care and fantastic customer service - Really appreciated...
