Been waiting 3 months for Rudy Project sunglasses. Keep being told will be available next week, or in two weeks since the beginning of February. Never any proactive contact, even when previous deadline missed, I always had to follow up. Left with no choice but to do a chargeback on credit card for goods not provided.
