Three of the four staff members (dental assistants) we had dealings with were extremely pleasant and professional, however the admin/ receptionist would benefit from some more training . Dr Finn came highly recommended to us by our dental practitioner and former patients of his reported he was the best. We could not and would not dispute this fact, however we found his general manner arrogant and rude. He mentioned numerous times how many surgeries like ours he had preformed, and while we found that reassuring his failure to discuss the surgery and post operative procedures in our particular case most disappointing. If these things are explained the patient has a much better understanding which helps with post op care and recovery.
