I am very disappointed in the lead up to this appointment. I received a call 4 days prior to this appointment that I need FURTHER x-rays before my appointment. I am a full time working mum and I did not have a day to get xrays within 4 days. I did not have any confirmation of my appointment date via text and when I went to reschedule only 23hrs in advance they charged me a $50 reschedule free as I was 1 hrs late to changing my appointment due to no x-rays done from skg.
