Dr simon freezer has kept me in the waiting room 5 times 45 minutes more than scheduled for example i had an appointment scheduled for 9:00am but didn't get in until 9:50am and didn't even get any apology and even worse people who entered the clinic after us got in before us.
Dr simon freezer is also an extremely rude person and on multiple occasions came in the room did something to my braces and not acknowledged me or any of my family he just acted like none of us were in the room. He also completely ignores what you say for example i broke one of my brackets once on camp my falling flat on my face and spraining my wrist after that he just said i had to be more careful because of course i did it on purpose and wanted to go through the agonizing pain at 1:am in the morning and not get back from the hospital until 4:30am.
Really don't reccomend him i advise you to go anywhere else but here
