Got my daughter there to have braces and they decided to put a plate extender first which for her age she is too old to have it now is not going to work!! Cost $1600 for something that is not working for my child based on second opinions I had regarding the plate expanders!!!
They provided us with a scanning device which I had to use it every week to send information electronically to the clinic,so they don’t see my child as often.
Also they said the device it may glitch sometimes!!

After all this I had to stop the services with them ,getting my refund back and starting fresh with another clinic new ,great service,much more adorable and professional with all the options available.
Dr Wholley is a kind and caring orthodontist. Unfortunately, our daughter only saw him at the initial visit and was misdiagnosed by the younger Drs she was treated by from then on. This resulted in 4 yrs, 3 head xrays and over $2000 in orthodontic treatment, with zero results. Infact, because my daughter was misdiagnosed, we missed the opportunity to correct her palatal formation, as her growth plates have fused - very upsetting, given that we took her when she was young to avoid this!
We started treatment at 8yrs old, and despite multiple visits each year - the Drs never identified my daughter's near total nasal obstruction.
Dr Luke was very dismissive of my daughters concerns and anxiety with her spacer, and we almost permanently attached the spacer to her teeth at his request, as he dismissed her worries as "non-compliance". However, it turns out my daughter can't breathe through her nose, a textbook case of adenoid obstruction. Wish we had got a 2nd opinion earlier.
