Dr Gliksman and the Reception staff do an amazing job and seem to go that extra mile. I have been to numerous specialist over the last few years and these guys are by far the best when it comes to care and service. Thanks Joondalup ENT.
Can't get a hold of reception when you need to on the phone. I work 66hr fortnights on night shift. The day prior to my appointment in the morning I sent an email asking what my appointment time was, forgetting that I had reminder text messages. Got no reply by email. The appointment was the next day after I sent the email when I thought it was the day after. But as soon as I miss an appointment, they suddenly have time to call and email, and
were rude about it. This is not acceptable. Now I have to wait longer to see another specialist.
