The receptionist is extremely rude and needs to learn some manners. Sadly she is the first impression. The specialist is fantastic though.
I had a really great experience at western ENT. I rung and asked to have my appt moved forward due to a move 3500kms away, the receptionist went over and above to accomodate me ASAP.
Dr Anton Hinton-Bayre was absolutely terrific. Didn’t over refer, spent time to really try figure out what was wrong and was very personable.
Had a real positive experience.
